Our practice utilizes an online patient portal, named My Kids Chart, that patients and families can use to access medical records, review lab results, generate an immunization
record, review their visit history, or (COMING SOON) send a secure message to their pediatrician.

Access My Kids Chart Faster: Create a Home Screen Button
Creating a “Home Screen Button” will allow you to simply push a button on your
smart phone’s home screen (like an app button) and your phone will immediately
open a browser page with the patient portal site ready to sign into and use.

Pediatric Care in Sheridan, WY
We understand that a child’s health is of utmost importance to parents, and any medical concern requires immediate attention. That’s why we offer same-day pediatric urgent care services for our patients. Our quick check-in and appointment process ensures that your child receive prompt and efficient medical care without any unnecessary delay.
Insurance, Payments, and Policies
If your child is uninsured or if we are not an in-network provider for your plan, payment is due at the time of service. We offer flexible payment options and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For those paying in full at the time of the appointment, we provide a 20% discount—because keeping your child healthy shouldn’t be a financial burden.
In the event of a divorce, the parent or guardian bringing the child in for their visit is financially responsible for payment at the time of service, regardless of the divorce agreement. We are not able to enforce financial terms from custody arrangements.
There is a small additional charge for medical services provided after 5:00 PM on weekdays and on Saturday mornings. Services provided outside of office hours, including Sundays and holidays, are subject to a higher surcharge. While most insurance plans cover these fees, some do not. Any uncovered amount will become your responsibility.
Patient Accounts and Billing Policies
You are responsible for the timely payment of your account. Billing begins a few days after your appointment. If no payment is received, a follow-up statement will be sent after 28 days. After 60 days, a formal letter will be sent requesting immediate payment. Accounts with no activity or resolution may be turned over to a collection agency.
If your account has been submitted to collections, we will continue to care for your children, but payment will be required at the time of service. Please note: the 20% discount does not apply to accounts sent to collections, and this may affect your credit rating.
