Our experienced staff, at Northeast Wyoming Pediatric Associates P.C. is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home. Our staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Suzanne E.K. Oss, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Oss is a medical doctor who specializes in newborns, children, and teenagers. She trained at LeBonheur Childrens Hospital and St. Jude’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. As a pediatrician, she strives to provide expert sick and well care to newborns through adolescence. Her special interests include oncology, endocrinology, including diabetes, asthma, and infectious disease. Suzanne has been with Northeast Wyoming Pediatric Associates, P.C. as a physician since 2007.
Mike Q. Sanderson, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Sanderson is a medical doctor who specializes in newborns, children, and adolescents. He received his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine through Wyoming’s WWAMI program and completed his pediatric training at the Phoenix Children’s Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center Pediatric Residency Program in Phoenix, AZ. As a pediatrician, he strives to provide expert sick and well care to children from birth through adolescence. His special interests include infectious diseases and sports medicine. Dr. Sanderson has been with Northeast Wyoming Pediatric Associates, P.C. as a physician since 2019.
Marcella Wildeman DNP, FNP-BC
Dr. Wildeman is a doctorate prepared nurse practitioner board certified in family practice. She completed her DNP program at the University of Wyoming and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her education and training are across the lifespan with a special interest in pediatrics. She has experience in primary care, urgent care, and emergency room settings. Marci has been with Northeast Wyoming Pediatric Associates, P.C. since 2022.
Erica Rinker, MD
Dr. Rinker has been practicing medicine since 2011 and is originally from Montana. She attended medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her residency at Lutheran Family Practice in Des Moines, Iowa. She is board certified in family medicine and also sees patients at Sheridan Memorial Hospital’s Primary Care clinic.
Emily Denney, DO
Dr. Denney is an Air Force veteran who made family practice her focus because she is passionate about working with people of all ages. She attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center- Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a family practice medicine at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Dr. Denney also sees patients at Sheridan Memorial Hospital’s Primary Care clinic.
Kelly Lieb, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C
Kelly Lieb is a physician assistant with extensive experience in medicine. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies and her Doctor of Medical Science from Rocky Mountain College. She has worked in emergency medicine and family practice and also serves as the Director of Patient Experience at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

A: Yes. Dr. Oss is female, Dr. Wildeman is a female, Dr. Rinker is female, Dr. Denney is female, Kelly Lieb (PA-C) is female and Dr Sanderson is a male.
What are your office hours?
A: The office is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to noon.
How do I contact the doctor on call after hours?
A: Before and after office hours the on-call doctor can be reached at 307-751-1111.
How far out are you scheduling new patient check ups for any doctor?
A: About two to three weeks.

A: Yes – always.
How do I establish care?
A: Call us at 307.675.5555 and we will create a record for your child and schedule an appointment. You can download registration forms from the Forms page on this website to save time at your first visit. If you are unable to download the forms, you can fill them out when you arrive for your appointment.
Which insurances do you accept?
A: We are contracted with most major insurances, some of which include Wyoming Medicaid, Montana Medicaid, BlueCross BlueShield, Federal BlueCross, United Healthcare, Cigna (Great West), Eighth District and Aetna. We are in-network for Tricare. We accept most other insurance companies and will submit your claims for you.
